Nutrition Tip of the Week:

Avocados are a great source of monounsaturated fats with only 5gm per serving. During the holiday season coming up, substitute avocado for up to half of the fat called for in your recipe (butter, oil). Not only will it create a rich, creamy texture, it's great for your skin too! Try this recipe for California Avocado Chocolate Mousse that I tried at the ADA Food & Nutrition Conference in San Diego this past September. Delicious!
